Yes! Our store is located in TV. Venceslau de Morais, 3, 2400-094 Leiria.

However, visits are made exclusively by advance booking.

Preparation: We ship within 3 business days after payment.

Sustainability: We practice conscious consumption. We reuse cardboard boxes and minimize polluting materials, always ensuring the complete safety of fragile pieces.

Tracking: You will always receive a CTT Express tracking number.

Portugal Continental: €5.69 (Shipping Free on purchases from €50).

Azores and Madeira: €7.49 (fixed value).

Europe / International: We ship to several countries in Europe. The value is calculated on a case-by-case basis to guarantee the best price according to weight and destination.

How to do it? When filling in your details and selecting the destination country, the option will appear "Request shipping quote". Click the button “Request Shipping Costs”.

And then? We will analyze the request and send you the exact shipping cost by email, so you can complete your order in complete safety.

We work with reinforced packaging, but if something goes wrong during transport, please contact us at 2 days with photos of the packaging (before and after opening) and the damaged item. Without these photos, we are unable to activate the carrier's insurance.

Shipping & Returns

Portugal Continental: The shipping is free on purchases starting from 50€. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is 5,69€.

Azores and Madeira: Fixed cost of 7,49€, regardless of the order value.

Europe: The price is calculated based on weight and the destination country.

You should refuse the delivery or accept it with reservations on the carrier’s document. You must contact the store within 2 days (at geral@vintagebyiana.pt) and send photos of the packaging (outside and inside) and the damage. If it is a manufacturing defect or transport damage reported in time, the store covers the return costs and will arrange an exchange or a refund.

The order is dispatched within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation. After that period, delivery time depends on the carrier used (CTT Express or others):

Portugal Continental: 1 to 2 business days (estimated).

Azores and Madeira: 1 to 2 weeks (estimated).

Note: Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.

Yes, we ship to European countries. To get the shipping costs:

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link after the payment has been confirmed, and you can also check the status in the "Personal Area"  section on the website.

You have 14 days after receiving the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, by notifying us in writing. The product must be in its original condition and the packaging must be intact. Except in cases of defect or store error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer..

Ordering & Payment

Yes, through the right of withdrawal (14 days). In addition, the purchase is considered canceled if the order is returned to the store because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, for example, not being at home and not scheduling a new delivery.

Yes, although you should keep in mind that the pieces are vintage and may show natural signs of age. Small color variations may also occur due to lighting or your screen settings.

Não. No. You can choose to place your order as a guest, without creating a permanent account. However, registration is still an option if you want easier access to your order history and to save your details for future purchases.

The operator will leave a notice. You must contact the carrier within 1 business day to schedule a new delivery. If that delivery fails again for a reason attributable to the customer, the order will be returned to the sender and the purchase will be canceled.
